Mykkäpäivä was a one-day experience for first year students from Art Education and Graphic Design during the Taide Nyt! course module.
Mykkäpäivä (Silent Day) 8.10.2014 was a one-day experience for first year students from Art Education and Graphic Design during the Taide Nyt! course module. A large studio space had been completely covered with thick paper - walls, floor, and windows. Starting at 9.00 in the morning students made a collective art work. There was only one rule - no talking or sound of any kind! All communication was by drawing and painting.
